Besides a story mode (really not sure what is going on, some subtitles would be nice – you have to guess by watching some cartoon), there is also a party mode, that is supposed to allow for co-op local or online play (haven’t figured out how to do the online co-op, but maybe there is no longer a strong community playing this game).

Multiplayer tends to make things a bit more difficult, as a single player dying will reset the level, making coordination and teamwork essential in order to succeed.
